We'd rather you feel genuinely seen than keep your money. So our refund policy is simple and entirely in your hands: if your report doesn't feel like you, we'll refund you in full — and you keep the report. You're the judge. We won't argue, quiz you, or ask you to prove anything.
How to request a refund
Email info@astrowise.online with the email address you ordered with (and your order reference, if you have it). That's all we need.
When and how you're refunded
- We process refunds to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically issued within a few business days of your request.
- You're welcome to keep the report you received — we won't ask for it back.
One small ask
If something felt off, a quick line about what didn't land helps us improve — but it's completely optional, and it never affects your refund.
