Haven't received your report, or something looks off? Email us your order reference and we'll look into it. Reports are normally delivered within about 15 minutes of ordering (occasionally longer) as a PDF plus a private link — if it's been longer, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.
Refunds — the “Feels Like You” Guarantee
If your report does not feel meaningfully personalized to your birth chart, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You keep the report. We may ask only for the information needed to verify your order. See the full Refund Policy.
Don't know your birth time?
Our free Birth Time Rectifier is a separate, optional tool that can help estimate and narrow a likely range before you order. An unknown birth time still works — your report is generated either way.
